Chukchi Shelf Bathymetry Compilation (CSR 13170)

Shell Exploration & Production Company (Shell) contracted with Canadian Seabed Research Ltd. to compile and analyze bathymetry for the Chukchi Shelf. The compilation included publicly available bathymetry data and those provided by Shell within the Chukchi Sea with a focus on Shell’s prior area of interest.

Statoil data that went into this report were acquired as part of the CSESP (Chukchi Sea Environmental Studies Program). These data are in the public domain.

ConocoPhillips data that went into this report were acquired as part of the CSESP and from the 2008 shallow hazard study. Approval was received from ConocoPhillips to Shell releasing the CSR bathymetry study results (report and accompanying database) into the public domain.
