North Slope Rehabilitation

The objective of the CPAI Rehabilitation Program is to establish productive, diverse, and self-sustaining plant communities similar to those found in the surrounding tundra to impacted sites on the North Slope. Impacted sites including: former explorations sites, former or historic spill sites and/or tundra travel damage locations are the focus of this program. The rehabilitation of each site is facilitated and documented in accordance with CPAI’s best management practices as well as regulatory drivers.
